Three guys went without making a reservation. Since it was a Wednesday, I thought I wouldn't need a reservation, but there were quite a few customers. Is Tsukada still popular? I thought as I entered the store. When you enter the store, all the employees greet you with big smiles and say, "Welcome!" It's wonderful! We had a lot of food and drink, and all the food was delicious! The chicken breast sashimi comes in two flavors, and when I was thinking about it, he suggested, "Would you like to have half and half?" which made me happy. Even though they were supposed to be busy, the staff always took orders with a smile and were wonderful! I've never seen a chain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where everyone is able to serve customers so well, so I was very impressed. Just one aspect of customer service can really make a difference in customer satisfaction. Thanks to you, I was able to eat and drink deliciously. I would definitely like to go again!
