Umami Salt Ramen Set (¥1,089- including tax) After shopping at the supermarket, we took a short break for lunch. The set is a good deal, but it's a bit disappointing if you fail the main course. Dim sum in the set had a lot of flavor from the ingredients, which I wasn't expecting, and it was delicious. However, I didn't like the main umami salt Ramen. It was too refreshing, the noodles felt soft and spready, and I didn't really taste the salt or the flavor of the soup stock, so it wasn't bad by any means, but it wasn't to my liking. Also, it's not from the soup, nor from the chashu or toppings, but I think it's the noodles, but when I bite into it, there's an indescribable flavor... I could smell the scent and it felt a little unpleasant. There are also sets that come with Noodles, Dim sum and almond tofu desserts, and set menus such as shrimp chili and hoiko lo, which are great deals, so I'd like to try some of the other menus next time. I thought it was a good value for a casual Chinese meal.
