『お疲れ様の一杯』と『炭火のやきとり』
大和駅にある創業50年の老舗の鳥清から暖簾分け店です。 一本一本手打ちした串を備長炭で焼き上げる焼き鳥と、おつまみを揃えた焼き鳥屋です。 会社帰りのサラリーマンの方や、カップル、ご友人、勿論お一人様も入れる店です！ 当店には2階もあり、10名前様前後の方がご利用頂けるお座敷もあります。 ご宴会、お友達の集まりなどお気軽にご利用頂けます。 |
仲間うちの新年会の二次会で、中央林間駅近くの“焼き鳥屋”に立ち寄った。あれっ、ここは大和が本店の「鳥清」だったはず。しばらく来ない間に、どうやら看板を掛け替えたらしい。暖簾をくぐると、以前と変わらず元気な声が迎えてくれた。少々遅い時間だったが、半数の席が埋まっている。
まずは「生中」600円で乾杯、「梅水晶」480円をつまむ。こりこりとした食感と、さっぱりとした梅の風味がたまらない。ほどなく焼きたての「ひも タレ」180円・「ねぎま 塩」180円・「ればー 塩」180円が相次いで着皿した。
「ひも」は豚一頭から僅かしか取れない希少部位で、脂ののりが抜群で絶妙な味わいである。大きな「ねぎま」は香ばしく、上質な鶏肉の旨みを存分に楽しめる。焼き加減がベストな「ればー」はすこぶるジューシーで、滋味あふれる美味さである。途中から「こく紫」550円のロックにスイッチ、楽しい新年会の余韻に浸った。
