I went to Yamato City in Kanagawa Prefecture for work. As I was wandering around, I passed by a part-time worker who was seeing off customers at a store. I thought it would be too much of a hassle to go home and prepare dinner, so I decided to go out and have a drink by myself, which is rare. When I opened the wooden door, orange light illuminated the interior of the store. Counter seats extend from the grill to the kitchen. There are also some table seats. There is a private room in the back, but there are also seats on the second floor. Despite its appearance of a detached house, it was surprisingly spacious. I was guided to the counter, received a towel, and had a highball. So-called tri-high. If you have two or more skewers in any combination, they will take orders for each one individually. After ordering green onion, honey, gizzard, and pork belly, the menu item that caught my attention was "Kokoronokori." Apparently, the part attached to the heart is rare, and only a small amount can be removed from each bird! "What kind of thing is it!? I have no choice but to ask!!" and immediately ordered it. I recommend the sauce. I was bored with being the only one there, so I talked to the owner. He is very friendly and answers any questions in an interesting way. At first, there was a very tall man in the kitchen, so I thought he was the manager, but he turned out to be a part-time worker. Lol First of all, "Negima". The owner says, ``We put a lot of effort into green onion,'' and it's certainly delicious! The meat is soft and juicy with crispy skin. Not juicy, juicy. Or Juicy. The overflowing meat juices combined with the texture and sweetness of the green onions are truly delicious. The second ``Hatsu'' is a rare type of skewer with an open interior. This is also delicious! It's well-cooked. The way the fat drips off and the meat is perfectly cooked. The ``gizzard'' seems to have shed its silver skin. I can't resist the unique texture of this sushi (sushi rice) or shori (sushi rice). The salt is also good. “Pork belly” is huge! However, the fat has just the right amount of texture, making it chewy and delicious! You can also use sauce for this! That makes me want rice! And the long-awaited "Heart of the Heart" has arrived. The chicken fat drips from the crunchy texture. I see, this is delicious! I can only remove a little bit, but there are about 6 bites! luxury! The side menu is my favorite ``edamame''. Even with this, I was able to get a "Boom!" sound like never before. Too many. LOL Freshly boiled, warm and delicious. I like edamame. The most recommended menu this time is the ``Smoked Potato Salad''. This is really delicious! It's not too light or bitter, it has a strong smoky aroma, and it's really delicious! (Second time) Of course, it goes well with beer, shochu, wine, sake, and whiskey, absolutely. You should definitely order it when you come here. And “Torikara”. I was hungry, so I ordered the regular size (large), which was also a lot. Lol If you're drinking alone, the small size is totally sufficient. If you're going with 2-3 people, I'd say regular. It's moist, but when you bite into it, the juices come out. Wow, this is delicious too... Even better if you change the taste with the included sauce. Overall: Everything is delicious. LOL In addition to the deliciousness of the food, I was particularly surprised by the variety of drink menus. There's so much on the menu that you'll wonder how much they've packed in for a private restaurant. There are so many types of alcohol, including beer, shochu, wine, sake, and cocktails, that it can be hard to decide which one to drink. I talked not only with the owner, but also with part-time workers and regular customers, and they were all great people! When you leave the store, the staff will be there to see you off at the front of the store. Abundant alcohol and delicious Grilled skewer and dishes. You can have a nice conversation with the staff and regulars, or you can enjoy a drink alone. I really enjoyed it. We had a great night. Next time I come to Yamato Station, I will come here again.
