藤沢街道沿いにある「銀家 大和店」を初めて訪問しました。9店舗を展開するチェーン店で駐車場は非常に広くて停めやすいです。店内も結構広くて、昼食時間帯でしたが並んでいることはなかったです。店員さんは丁寧な応対で好感が持てます。
「ラーメン（太麺）800円」を注文しましたが、昼食時間帯はライス（大・中・小）が無料ということで、ライス（中）も付けちゃいました。
ラーメンは醤油の味が比較的強くて、麺は普通でオーダーしましたが結構固ゆでに感じました。ほうれん草はプラスしないでもたっぷりです。ご飯は海苔を巻いて頂き、これで満腹になりました。
大変美味しかったです。
