I visited on a holiday night. The location is from the north exit of Yamato Station (Sotetsu Exit) and goes north along the Odakyu Enoshima Line. Turn right at the first intersection on your right. A brand of Uken Co., Ltd., headquartered in Yamato City. Many of the store names are derived from the president's name. Now, it seems that each restaurant has a person in charge (store manager) and entrusts everything to them. Open and restaurant for this season. Enter the store and take a seat at the counter where you can feel the breeze. The staff is (probably) the store manager and two staff members. The order is 450 yen for the Dewar's Highball. I will receive 350 yen of otsushi (garlic edamame) and think about ate. Takaza pork 200 yen ×2, chicken thighs 150 yen × 2, onions 200 yen. It's fresh, isn't it? Chicken thighs are chewy.
