今回は平日12時から飲食です。
店内に入ると、６割の入りです。
その店内は黒を基調にシックです。

４種餃子から２種チョイスでき、ライスも少なめ、大盛、特盛とチョイスできます。
今回はにんにくたっぷり餃子と餅入りキムチ餃子。そしてライスは大盛でオーダーです。
タレは、ポン酢、ゴマだれ、定番の醤油辣油などがあります。
鉄製の円盤に2種羽根付き餃子。
半月型がにんにく餃子。
三角型が餅入りキムチ餃子。
◾️にんにく餃子を食べると、モチ、パリッとした食感の皮。
中の餡はにんにくガッツリ、荒めの挽肉と野菜に出会え、美味しい餃子です。
◾️キムチ餃子を食べると、ピリ辛で美味しいし、餅が入っているため、食感の変化が楽しめます。
んんー、美味い。特にニンニク餃子はかなり好みです。

山盛りライス。
んんー、パサパサ感があります。
◾︎小鉢
茄子、胡瓜、人参の浅漬けに塩昆布と白胡麻で食べるサラダ感覚の一品です。
