豚肉とお野菜に超こだわっているとの
噂を聞き訪問！
駅から徒歩数分で到着。
本日はお店さんに無理を言って
営業前にも関わらず
早目に来店をして
会議をさせていただきました。
柔軟な対応に感謝です。
ここのお店は
農家さんや
肉屋さんから毎日仕入れてるとのこと！
実際、会議中にスタッフさんが
肉を抱えてお店に帰ってきました。
後からマスターに聞くと
肉屋さんに仕入れに行った帰りとのこと。
ちゃーんと毎日仕入れてるんですね♪
本日はお任せコース。
豚肉に特化したお料理をお願いしました。
感想は…
めちゃくちゃ旨い！
本当に旨い！！
豚肉特有の臭みも無し！
鮮度が良い証拠ですね♪
５人で伺ったのですが
皆でペロリ！
コスパも最高です！
スタッフさんの対応も凄く丁寧です。
マスターもイケメン！もちろん接客も素晴らしい！！
美味しかったです。
