日本国内に拡がる84の紅い虎。その名は「紅虎（べにとら）
大陸に思いをはせつつ、日本で生まれ育ち、共存して四半世紀以上。家常菜（中国の家庭料理）にルーツを持ちながら、ここ日本人の舌で育（はぐぐ）まれ、街へ家庭へ馴染んでいった「紅虎スタイル」。鉄鍋棒餃子、黒担々麺、やみつき餃子、黒酢豚…。84すべての紅虎の厨房で、今日も料理人が手わざをふるう。 |
娘が来てたので買い物ついでの紅虎餃子房。
昔と比べるとちょっとだけメニューも変わってる気がする。
色々と悩んだ末に決めたのは、
海鮮あんかけ土鍋ごはん。1,390yen
そして当店人気の大餃子なるもの。６Pで900yen
先に来たのは大餃子。
３人だからひとり２個ずつだけど、結構なボリュームなので、
メインを前にしてお腹の容量が気になる。
待望の土鍋ご飯は熱々グツグツ状態で現れた。
たっぷりの野菜たちに埋もれているのは、エビ、イカ、ホタテ
の海鮮。
いい塩加減でボリューミー、餃子と合わせてお腹いっぱいだ。
