I think there are many people who want to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) but think it's too much to go alone. So this time I would like to introduce Hormone Center. This Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) has its main store in Nogecho, Yokohama, and has now expanded into a chain in various locations. In addition to table seats, they also provide seven wheels for counter seats, and the inside of the store is bright and easy to use. I visited around 7pm on a weekday. There are several customers in the store. When I told the staff that I was alone, I was guided to the counter. First of all, you will be asked if you have used the Hormone Center before, but if it is your first time, please let us know and we will give you a lecture. I've used it many times in places like Noge, so I don't care about that. First of all, I ordered kashira, heart, shirokoro, pig's trotters, hachinosu sashimi, and bottled beer. The meat will be delivered to you one after another, so all you have to do is grill it as you like and eat! As the name of the restaurant suggests, they mainly sell offal, so they don't have high-quality meat, but the meat is fresh and tastes pretty good. Serving hot meat with shredded cabbage makes it refreshing. The restaurant also has a specialty called Pera Pera Yaki, so I think it would be a good idea to try it once as a souvenir. Personally, I don't order much because I prefer to eat what I want rather than grilled food. As a side note, pork feet are extremely delicious when grilled. You can dip it in vinegar miso or bite into it as is. It's seasoned with salt, so add whatever you like. Overall, the prices are quite reasonable, and I recommend this restaurant if you want to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) by yourself. Thank you for the meal.
