小田急江ノ島線中央林間駅西口より徒歩2分。
イタリアのミシュラン2つ星「リストランテ サドレル」で腕を磨いたオーナーシェフが作る本格イタリアンが楽しめる『TAK BAR』さん。
今日は中央林間でランチです。
休日に伺いました。
小さめのフロアにテーブル席が6つほど。奥にも席があるみたいです。
雰囲気良しです！
テーブルに付きメニューを確認。
ビールやワインをいただきたいところですが車なので我慢です。
駐車場は無いので、車の場合は近くのコインパーキングに。
ランチメニューは、
・パスタとメイン、ケーキが選べ、サラダ、パン、ドリンクが付く「LADIES LUNCH」1,528円（税抜）
・パスタ、サラダ、パン、ひとくちデザート、ドリンクの「PASTA LUNCH」選ぶパスタにより1,100〜1,300円（税抜）
・前菜3種盛り合せ、3種類から選べるピザ、サラダ、ひとくちデザート、ドリンクの「PIZZA LUNCH」1,400円（税抜）
・ステーキ200g ライス添え、サラダ、パン、ひとくちデザート、ドリンクという内容の「STEAK LUNCH」1,550円（税抜）
ドリンクは、グラスビール、グラスワイン、スパークリング、ロゼワインも選べます。
タクバルの人気メニューを少しずついろいろと楽しめ、シェアスタイルで提供される「セレクション シェアコース」1,650円/一人
なんて魅力的なメニューもありますね。
いただいたのは、
夜の予定も考慮して、軽めに、
■パスタランチ
・和牛のボロネーゼソース
をチョイス。セットで1,300円です。
・グリーンサラダ
・パン
さっくりして、ふんわりとしっとりのバランスが良い美味しい自家製フォカッチャです。
・和牛のボロネーゼソース
スパゲッティーニかな、くらいのちょっと細めのパスタは、ばっちりアルデンテ。
深い味わいのボロネーゼソースはさすが、本格的です。
・ツナとズッキーニのトマトクリームソース
深くてまろやかなソース。硬めのズッキーニの食感もイイ。ひとくちもらったこちらも美味しかった。
・ひとくちデザートは、ストロベリーアイスとバナナ。
カラメルソースの苦味がとてもイイ！
・ドリンクはコーヒーをいただきました。
軽めにとオーダーしたパスタランチでしたが、結構ボリュームもあり、お腹いっぱいです。
ふらっと立ち寄ったお店だったけれど、正解でした。
これは別のメニューも気になります。
次回はワインもいただきながら食べたいと思います。
美味しかった。
