鶴間にあるトラットリアピューさんで、パスタランチ をいただきました✨
最初に知ったきっかけは、町田のイタリアン、ルーチェ さんが4/15にTwitterで訪問されているのを見て、美味しそうだな、と
調べてみると、ネジネジの形が特徴のブッコリというパスタで、エゾシカ 肉のジビエ パスタがいただけるということで、ますます気になってました！
ビジネスランチ で時間の制約があったため、泣く泣くフルコースランチは諦め、パスタランチをチョイス。
ただ、パスタランチと行っても、自家製フォカッチャ 、サラダ、前菜、パスタ、カフェがついてきて素敵な内容です！

北海道産エゾシカ肉 のミートソースビアンコ をチョイス
＋100円で1500円ですが、ジビエをこのお値段で楽しめるのはありがたい！
ビジネスランチで時間が限られていることを察してくれて、素早く提供してくださいました！ありがたやー。
まずフォカッチャ
こちらの自家製フォカッチャ美味しいですねー！
もちもちっとしてしっとり。
そして前菜！
これも、本当に一品一品がとても上質で、満足度が高いです！
極々薄くスライスされた生ハムも美味しいですし、
レンズ豆のフリット は、中がとろっとろで美味！！
ムール貝 の香草パン粉焼きも、国産のムール貝 を使うというこだわり❤️
うーんどれもとっても美味しい！
そして、肝心のパスタ！
かなりボリューミー！！
そして、シカ肉の塊が、ごろっごろ！！！
ジビエに限らず、ラグーソース といってもお肉があまり入ってなかったり、かなり小さくほろほろになっていることが多いものですが
こちらはなんで力強い！！！
ゴロゴロでうまうまです。
ソースの味はシンプルに、お肉のお味がかなりしっかり感じられて、なのに臭みは全くなくて。
リコッタサラータ という羊のチーズが上から削ってかけられているのですが、
こちらもお肉の味を引き立てる優しいアクセントになってきて、コクが出て最高です！
この内容に＋お肉、自家製デザートで2400円〜ですから
時間さえあれば絶対フルコースランチがいいですね。
今度時間見つけてきたいです！！
