シラスと菜花のスパゲッティ
鶴間にあるこちらのお店。
ちょも♡さんが足繁く通ってるココ。
ずっと気になってました。
週末の昼時、事前に予約して訪問～☆
わ、席が全部予約席になってる(゜ロ゜)
ちょも♡さんの情報で助かりました。
初めてなので「パスタランチ(1,500円)」にします。
パスタは迷った結果、
シラスの菜花、レモンのオイルベーススパゲッティ
をチョイス☆
連れは牡蠣のリゾットにしました。
パスタランチには前菜とフォカッチャ、
飲物が付きます。
店内はテーブル席と奥にカウンターもあります。
まずはフォカッチャ。
これだけ持ってこられても( ´-｀)
前菜はサラダなど美しい盛り付け。
一番右のチーズが効いた玉子焼きが美味しかった♪
カンパチのカルパッチョもお洒落ね。
フォカッチャはもちもち♪
小さいから二回もお代わりしちゃった(*^^*)
そしてパスタ登場。
連れとシェアするため、
あらかじめ二分して提供してくれました。
しらすが大きいね。そしてパセリが効いてます。
オリーブオイルが旨い。体に良さそう♡
リゾットは牡蠣が味滲みててウマーッ♪
米は硬めに炊いてありますね。
食後にコーヒー。ん。美味しいコーヒーだな。
パスタランチでも大満足だけど、
コースも食べてみたい(^ー^)
そして次はエゾジカのパスタ食べよっと♪
12時までには予約客で満席。
次々来るお客さんが断られてました。
予約必須ですよ!!

再訪です。
今回は旧友と会食で訪問～☆
飲まない人もいたので飲み放題2,000円は付けず、
単品で頼むことにしました。
席に座ると店員さんが来て、
以前ご利用されたことはありますか、
その時にお気に召したメニューはありますか、
などヒアリング。すごい気配り( *´艸｀)
まずは前菜。
サラダと生ハム、サラミ、サバ、エビなど。
美しい盛付けと味にテンションあがるわ♡
メインはエゾシカ。
臭みが全く無くて赤身が旨い(*^^*)
馬肉のように赤身を楽しむ感じです。
パスタはオイル系。お味は塩味控えめ。
残ったソースのためにフォカッチャを
持ってきてくれました☆嬉しい気配り(^.^)
デザートはイチゴのムースとコーヒー。
はぁ。美味しかった(^.^)
飲物はビールからのグラスワイン。
700円程度の赤ワイン、深みはそこそこ。
何より接客の素晴らしさが光るお店。
量は男子には少なめかな。
