大大大〜好きなイタリアンのお店。
私的イタリアン、ダントツにナンバーワンです！
よくぞ大和でお店を開いてくださいました。
近所にこんなおいしいお店が出来て本当に嬉しい。
ランチメニューは、パスタランチ1500円。
フォッカッチャ(おかわり可)、前菜盛り合わせとパスタとドリンク。
フルコースランチは、更にメインとデザート。
前菜盛り合わせはだいたいいつも5品位かな？
いつもパネッレという、ひよこ豆を潰した、中がトロッとした揚げ物はあります。
これ、おいしくて大好き。
酢が嫌いな私は、イタリアンの前菜ってバルサミコ酢が効きすぎてるものが多く、苦手な味が多かったりするのですが、ピューの前菜はどれもこれもいつもおいしい！
日本人の口に合うように、程よい酸味に仕上げてあり、
これまた、あまり好きではないフルーツのドレッシングを使っていた時も、フルーツで変に甘すぎたりすることなく、爽やかで、初めてフルーツを使ったお料理を美味しいと思いました。
そして、何より大好きなのが、揚げナスとバジルのトマトソーススパゲティ リコッタサラータ仕上げ(プラス100円)。
トマトソースの濃さ、酸味、甘み、とにかくもう全てがめちゃくちゃ好み！
パスタもプリっとしてて、ホントにおいしい！
いつもはコーヒーを頼むのですが、この後場所を移動してお茶予定だったので、肌寒かったこの日、ホットの自家製ジンジャーエール(プラス200円)を注文してみました。
生姜がしっかり感じられるレモネードのような、でも後味はジンジャーエールみたいな、温かいジンジャーエール？？ってなったけど、温まるしとても美味しかったです。
サービスでメレンゲのお菓子をだしてくださいました。
こちらのお店は、お味もとても美味しい上に、接客も最高で、付かず離れず、でもちゃんと覚えてて下さってるし、子供放置気味でおしゃべりに夢中になっていると子供の相手をしてくれたり、お会計の時、1人ずつの料金をそれぞれの向きに書いたものを出してくれ、別会計してくださったり、雰囲気と居心地も最高に良くて、いつまでも定期的に通い続けたいお店です。
ずっとずっと大和でがんばってくださいね。
