小田急江ノ島線の大和駅から徒歩10分 |
先日、極めて平凡な和食をジョイナスレストラン街で食べて、あえて外で食べる味ではない。と感じたばかりだがここは和食の美味しさを再認識させてくれた。
店名のとおり玄米ごはんをうりにしてる店。
住宅街にある。
目の前に来るまで光が全く差し込んでこないのでやってないかと思ったくらい。
女性に人気が出そうな店。
先客は女性２人組のみ。
一軒家の扉を引いて中に入るときれいな店内。
カウンターもあるのでひとりでも利用しやすい。
ランチもディナーも定食がある。
炙りホタテのバター醤油焼き定食にしてみた
彩りが美しい。
そして小鉢も含めてひとつひとつ美味しい。
確かな腕を感じる。
和食はこうでなければ。
ファミレスではなかなかこのクオリティにはならない。
静かな店内の雰囲気も相まって、この美味しい和食が心を落ち着かせてくれる。
玄米ごはんも味噌汁も美味しい。
ふりかけ的なものがあるとさらに良かったかな。
さらにこちらは玄米ご飯だけでなく日本酒にもこだわれている感じ。
サラリーマン等大人の男の利用が多そうには感じられないが、次回は日本酒を味わいに伺いたい。
