久しぶりの週末らー活、今日は神奈川県座間市まで遠征。検索で見つけた「郷」さん、札幌すみれの暖簾分け店。味噌らーめんを目標に訪問です。
日曜、10:45、開店15分前に店頭には25〜30人ほど。さすが百名店。情報では店内20席ほどあるようなので2順目で入れる感じか、とこの記事を書きながら待つ。
11:10、店外待ち用ベンチまで到達したところで一旦列の進行が止まる。20人くらい列が続いており週末はなかなか激戦なのかも。
11:30、入店し。食券購入して店内ベンチで待機。店内は広くてキレイ。今回はこちらをいただきました。
◆味噌ラーメン+郷飯_¥950+¥390
オイリーな濃厚味噌。熱々なのでやけどに注意しながら。郷飯は具材がたっぷり。ここまで具材が多いご飯ものはなかなか無いと思います。ボリューム十分で、お店オススメのスープを掛けておじや風にしていただきました。
オペレーションがしっかりしてて、回転が早いのも素晴らしい。美味しゅうございました。ごちそうさまでした。
