平日13時過ぎの訪問で先客が一組。入口で声を掛け指先消毒のあと、適当であろう出入口付近の4人掛けのテーブル席に着き、文字のみで構成される汚れ具合の激しいメニュー表より たぬきそば480円に決め、視線に定まりのない女将であろうお母さんへオーダー。
PTA活動に不満を持つお母さん達の会話を聞き流したり、お手洗いで地獄を見たりすることおよそ5分で配膳されました。
・たぬきそば
天かすが一面を覆うタイプのたぬき。青菜とナルトがトッピング。
七味をぶっ掛けたあと、衛生的に最も信用の出来る包装済みの割箸を取り出して割り、丼の中心から一口分のそばを手繰り、フーフーと息を吹きかけて豪快に音をたてて啜れば訪れる小幸せ。
つゆは熱く濃く滋味深い。
そしてサービス(だと思っていた)ライスに白胡麻をぶっ掛けて口に含んでは、滋味深いつゆを流し込む。
何の変哲も斬新さもないそばが、この滋味深いつゆに救われたそば。
この内容で510円。メニュー表示では480円でした。また、衛生管理にはご興味が薄いであろうこちら。サービスであると決めつけたライスが30円なのか、価格表示が杜撰なのかどうかは未確認。
