写真はエビチリ定食
ラーメン付けて大体1000円ちょっとくらいですか。
定食はスープをラーメンに変えても200円しか変わりません。今回は豚骨ラーメンにしましたが、日本のラーメン屋さんと比べると味は落ちますが、200円追加ならお腹を満たすだけなら量的にもコスパが高いんじゃ無いですかね。
ちなみに200円で付けられるのは醤油 塩 豚骨 台湾
の4種類が各種定食で選べますが個人的には台湾ラーメンが好きです。
エビチリはプリプリの大きめなやつで味付けが日本人向けじゃない感じが好きなんですよね。
中国の方が作っているだけあり比較的本格的中華な味わいを楽しめます。
こう言った似たようなお店は神奈川じゃ多いですが
従業員の入れ替わりが多いことというのもありまた調理のマニュアルも無いのか作り手により完全別物だったりとかもありますが
こちらのお店は従業員が定期的に変わりながらも味は安定そてるかなと思いました。
