博多どんたく＠さがみ野2022年12月27日（火）。
初回の訪問でいたく感動したこちらを訪問しました。
たしかブログ休載中にも、もう1回行ったと思うのですがアップはしていません。
先客様は6名。
店主さんと厨房の若い女性、フロアは熟練の女性スタッフの3名体制でした。
メニュー。
ちゃんぽんは以前は大から小・小・小までありましたが、AとB2種類になりました。
卓上。
高菜。
お水のコップ。
カウンター下の棚にティッシュがあります。
ちょこっとおつまみ。
カウンターの奥の席に座りました。
店主さんが中華鍋をふるっているようすが直に伝わってきます。
Aちゃんぽん 普通盛り 950円。
麺カタメ
凄い盛りです！
丼をカウンターに下ろす時にスープがこぼれてしまうくらい重かったです。
こぼれたスープは拭いたのですが丼のそこに写ってしまっています(;^_^A
何とか木のレンゲにスープを入れて撮影。
真っ白なスープは、まろやかでめっちゃ美味しい！
野菜がいっぱいで麺が引っ張り出せず、麺リフトができません。
中太麺はコシがあって、とても美味しいです！
キャベツ・モヤシ・人参・キクラゲ・豚肉。
大好きな紅生姜をON！
イカもいた！
エビもいた！
ご馳走様でした。
麺と野菜は完食！
お腹バンバン(笑)
とても幸せな一杯でした。
後客様は8名くらいで繁盛していました。
