火曜18時半前訪店。海老名駅のビナウォーク2番館の居酒屋。電車に乗る前に寄ってみた。
ここはサントリーメインで、神泡モルツ生中(¥594)から。お通し(¥319)はキャベツ、おかわりok。
焼鳥を、はさみ(ねぎま)、ナンコツ、ぼんじり、せせり、油つぼ(尾の付け根で脂が多い)を塩でオーダー(各¥165)。この塩がキツすぎる。もうちょっと塩は少なめでも良かろう。
ポテトのにんにくバター(¥638)は、フライドポテトにパン粉に染み込ませたにんにくバターがまぶされている。これも結構味が濃い。
もうちょっと味つけが薄味なら良いのだが。
