夕方、海老名で所用を済ませ、久し振りに 国分寺そばさんに伺いました。
夜営業の17時過ぎに駐車場に到着、前客数組で奥の段差の先のテーブル席に案内されました。
かれこれ15年位前、遅いランチタイムで入れたものの、その後は行列を見て撤収なんてことが2～3回あったと思います。
以前来たときは、知人から聞いたメニューの何かが食べたくて来たはずでしたが、それが思い出せない。天せいろをいただいたと思うのですが、目当ては揚げ出し豆腐だったか、だし巻きたまごだったか。。。
メニューを拝見しても思い出せなかったので、若い女性店員さんお薦めの
お祝いそばとそばがきをお願いしました。
配膳のタイミングも丁寧に聞き取ってくれて、ホスピタリティが素晴らしい。
そぐに出てきた そばがきは熱々モチモチで一人では多いかと思いましたが、
わさび醤油でペロッといただきました。
天せいろを想像していた「お祝いそば」は想定外ｗ
そばの上に天麩羅が乗ってます。メニューに写真でもあれば素直に天せいろだったかも。
いんげん、カボチャ、一見スイカ？と思ったら赤いお餅、海老天、桜エビに大根おろし、ネギや大葉が添えられています。
いただいてみると、これはこれで美味しく、たまにはこんな感じでいただくのもいいかなー、
次回は大道の天せいろをいただきに再訪したいですね。
