小田急電鉄小田原線、相鉄本線、JR相模線が乗り入れている「海老名駅」。
その「海老名駅」の直ぐ近くにお店がある洋菓子で有名な『銀座コージーコーナー』です。
海老名駅前の「ビナウォーク１番館」２階の入口付近という立地条件の良い場所に、
『銀座コージーコーナー 海老名店』は出店しています。
海老名駅の直ぐ近くなので、買い物などのついでに寄るにも、とても便利なお店です。
当社は、社員教育もシッカリしているので、安心して利用することが出来るお店です。
銀座コージーコーナーは、1948年(昭和23年) 創業の老舗で、
東京都中央区銀座に本店がある洋菓子メーカーです。
しかし、2008年(平成20年)3月にロッテに買収され、現在は子会社の立場になっています。
今回、『銀座コージーコーナー 海老名店』で購入したのは、
「モンドセレクション連続金賞受賞」の看板商品の『バターマドレーヌ、@89円』です。
マドレーヌ(仏: madeleine)とは、フランス発祥の焼き菓子です。
無塩バター、バターと同量の小麦粉、卵、砂糖、ベーキングパウダー等を混ぜ合わせて
オーブンで焼き上げた「お菓子」です。
バターを塗った「貝殻型の焼き型」で生地を焼くため、貝殻型の模様が付いています。
銀座コージーコーナーの「マドレーヌ」は、甘さを抑えたバター風味の美味しい焼き菓子です。
