今日は厚木での仕事の帰りに、周辺でお店を探すも食指が動かず、海老名のSAで昼食を。
美味しそうなお店はいくつもあるもののすこーし早い時間だったため食事は適当に、このデザートを楽しみにすることにしました。
何でも地元では結構有名なアイスの名店とのこと！
アイスが有名のようですが、目を惹かれたソフトクリームを注文しました。
基本的に私はいつもコーンでいただくのですが、天気の感じで溶けて悲惨になりそうなのと、多少映え(笑)を考慮しカップでいただきます。
車に戻って写真を撮る間にも溶けて崩れてしまうのではと焦りながらスプーンを入れたところで多少の違和感。
ん？これ本当にソフトクリーム？ってくらいしっかりしてます。確かにソフトクリームっちゃーそうなんですが濃さと粘度なんでしょうか、そんなところにも驚きを感じます。
非常にミルク感が強く甘さも適度で爽やかさもありとても美味しいです。
表現が難しいですがミルクの主役感が半端ないです。
とても爽やかな食後感で午後も頑張れそうです。
