好みなトンカツど真ん中、大当たりでした。
平日夜の訪問で、先客は1組だけ。サクッと入れました。
肉は以前甲府で食べて悶絶した高座豚。神奈川産ですが出している店が本当に少ない！この豚は本当に柔らかく旨味に富んだお肉です。
そしてそれを粗めのパン粉でサクサクによく揚げ。もう最高です。白いトンカツも悪くないんですが、私はよく揚げのほうが好きなんだなぁと実感させられるクオリティ。
定食に加えて無料のお通しとデザートにスイカを頂きました。親戚のおばちゃんちに来た感じ、まったりしちゃいますが、こちらは海老名駅からバスで20分という場所なので長居できず…
