リッチな朝食を済ませ、友人と合流。
夜は海老名市にある居酒屋「やきとり 創玄」を訪問↗
店名の通り、焼き鳥をメインとした居酒屋で、地元では結構な人気店。
中でも「メガ」や「ギガ」と名前の付いたボリューム満点の「やきとり丼」が名物。
お店は海老名駅から歩いて5分程の路地裏にあります。
周りにも居酒屋が4店舗程あるので、黄色い看板を目印に。
開店時間である17時ちょうど。すでに灯りが点いていたので店内へ。
カウンター9席のみの小さなお店。
親切なご主人が一人で切り盛りしています。
やきとりをメインに、おつまみがいくつか。もちろんお酒もあります。
お目当ての品は、やきとり丼の「メガ盛り」と「ギガ盛り」
もちろん普通盛りもあり、大きさとしては計3種類。
メガとギガは前日までに予約が必要です。
僕たちの予約の内容は、「3つのサイズ全て」
さらにこれだけじゃ足りないのは明白(？)なので、「ネギ塩チキン丼」「盛り合わせ五本」「野菜盛5本」も合わせて注文↗
10分少々で、やきとり三兄弟が勢揃い！
う～ん♪壮観です♪♪
普通盛り…うん、普通盛りだ。
メガ盛り…お～！やきとりが山盛りだ！ナイス！！
ギガ盛り…どわっ！普通盛りとメガ盛りがまるで子供じゃん。でも期待通りの盛り^^
友人に感謝しつつ…ギガ盛りを一人でいただいちゃいます^^
4合近いご飯に千切りキャベツを敷き、もも肉・レバー・つくねなどの焼き鳥約10串分を落ちないように盛り付けてあります。
10串分といってもお肉は小ぶりなので、どちらかと言えばご飯の割合が多いです。
ただ、ご飯にもタレが満遍なくかかっているので具がなくても問題なし。さらに串盛りも追加注文しているのでなおさら。
総重量は2kgぐらい。油物ではなく、タレも適量なのでお腹いっぱいになりつつも無理なく食べられました。
ちなみにメガ盛りは公表値1.3kg。これでも十分！
ギガを食べ終わり、残っていたネギ塩チキン丼をちょっともらいました。
タレを食べ過ぎた後のネギ塩とてもおいしく感じます(笑)
もちろん元々おいしんですよ。さっぱりしたシンプルなネギ塩味でこちらもおススメ。
二人で無事全ての注文品を食べ終えると、気づけば店内満席。
早い時間から常連さんでいっぱいになる地元の人気店ですね^^
