炭火やきとり創玄の名物「海老名のヘルシーつくね」は、神奈川フードバトルinあつぎでの3年連続受賞を皮切りに、海老名市民祭り、綾瀬彩フェスタなど様々なイベントに出店し好評を博してきました。
海老名のヘルシーつくねは、鶏ひき肉に豆腐を合わせ秘伝の味付けにより、ふわっとした食感に炭火で焼き上げた香ばしい味わいのつくねに仕上がっています。
全国丼グランプリ3年連続金賞受賞炭火やきとり創玄もう一つの名物メニューが炭火焼き鳥丼だ。こちらは全国丼グランプリで3年連続金賞を受賞しており、炭火で焼き上げたやきとりの肉汁と秘伝のタレがご飯に染みわたり絶品の味わいとなっている。
ギガ盛り、テラ盛り（要予約）などのチャレンジメニューも用意してあり、大食い自慢の芸能人や、ユーチューバーなども来店する人気ぶりだ。
