Remarks |
Because we are a very small store, we have a two-hour limit for each group. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. |
I visited with my family on a weekday night. To get there, leave the north exit of Sotetsu Ebina Station (not available from the Odakyu/JR lines) and proceed along the railroad tracks. Turn right at the first traffic light intersection (Oshibori Nishi), then turn immediately to the left. This is the second one for today. Looking inside the store from outside, it looks like you'll be able to sit if it's filled up. After all, it's a restaurant with only 8 seats at the counter. Open the door and check with the general. OK. 3 groups of first customers, 1 group of second customers. Each one has 1-2 customers. It seems like it would be strict to have 3 or more people (although the store probably wouldn't refuse...). Once we took our seats. After a while, the two groups went to checkout. Yes, that kind of consideration is necessary (don't stay too long). First, the drinks. Kaku highball 450 yen and ginger ale 330 yen. The 350 yen appetizer is edamame (which is firm and delicious). The grilled dishes include healthy meatballs for 180 yen x 2, thigh meat for 160 yen x 2, bonjiri for 150 yen x 2, and grilled vegetables for 600 yen. I was asked about the seasoning, but it was all up to me. One of the specialties here is the healthy meatballs. It's so fluffy. It seems like they are probably using something similar to tofu. There's also shichimi chili pepper, but the accompanying mustard goes well with it. The grilled vegetables were eggplant, shishito peppers (spicy!), green peppers, king king mushrooms, and onions. These are also voluminous and ○. Let's have a drink here. Local Izumi Bridge 600 yen. Drink it cold (at room temperature). It is probably usually served chilled. This was good. Izumibashi is a sake that feels hard when chilled, but it tastes better when drunk chilled. This was a harvest. Let's have another drink and take a break. The general (who is still young) has an honest personality and is easy to talk to, making us feel comfortable. I thought it was a shop where regulars gather, but that doesn't seem to be the case. You can enjoy it at a reasonable price. It was a feast.
