綾瀬市の住宅街にあるかつら寿司さん。
ご夫婦で営まれているようです。車でないと行きにくい立地。ランチでお邪魔しました。
ランチは握りとちらしの２種類のみ。どちらも1,200円。
今回は握りを。
７貫と鉄火巻です。
ひとつひとつのシャリとネタが大振りなので７貫でもけっこうお腹いっぱいになりました。
江戸前寿司にしては珍しくサーモンが。
しめ鯖が良かったです。脂の乗った厚切りの鯖を旨味をしっかり残した程良いしめ具合で。
玉子は切れ込みの中にシャリ入り。甘めのだし巻き。
昔ながらの寿司屋の玉子焼きで良いですね。
味噌汁もぷりぷりとした大粒のシジミがたっぷり。
店内はカウンター４席とお座敷に２卓。
カウンターの下はゴツゴツと石の飛び出た壁になっていて石に膝がぶつかります。膝の出た服装だと擦り剥きそうなのでご注意。
駐車場はお店の隣にあります。
