平日のランチに伺いました。
カウンター8席と2名テーブル3卓と奥の小上がりが有ります。12時10分に入店するとでカウンター席は5席に先客です。
「ロースカツ」1500円を注文しました。
およそ10分で配膳です。
配膳時に“先にゴマ擦りで擦った胡麻をトンカツにかけてから、ソースをかけて下さい”と言われ､その通りにしてみました。
ソースは甘めです。胡麻はすり潰した直後の風味が出ていて香りが良いですね。
トンカツは、衣がサクサクでロース肉は柔らかく食べやすいです。ロースの脂も美味しいですね。
テーブルの上の調味料はトンカツソース､醤油と辛子だけです。一緒盛りのキャベツにもトンカツソースをかけて頂きました。やっぱりトンカツのキャベツにはドレッシングではなくトンカツソースですね。
でも、このソースは甘過ぎで､キャベツとは合わない感じです。
シジミの味噌汁が美味しかったです。
ご飯が水っぽい感じだったのが残念です。
