さがみ野駅の北側、駅から徒歩5分くらいでしょうかね。昔からあるトンカツ屋さんだと思うのですが…。山形牛のお肉を使ってるみたいです。
ヒレカツを注文。待つこと10分くらいで、やってきました。
揚げたてのヒレカツ、山盛りキャベツにトマトが添えられてます。お味噌汁はしじみ汁。切り干し大根とお新香がついてます。
胡麻をすってヒレカツにかけてからソースをかけてね、とのことでした。すりたての胡麻の風味が良い感じ。
ヒレカツの衣はサクサクしていて、お肉は柔らかくてアツアツ。ハフハフして食べました。
あっという間に、ペロリでした。
今度来た時は、ロースカツを食べてみたいです。
