海老名SAにくると、ふ～～っと吸い寄せられて、何か買って食べることが多いですｗ
早い時間からopenしており、かなりいろんなものが屋台で買えるのは、
Bグル好きの私にはかなり魅力的ですｗ
テラス席が結構用意されているのもこのご時世、的確なサービスですｗ
肉各種、やきとり、肉巻き、ドック、揚げ物、海鮮、蒲鉾、富士宮やきそば、
ホルモン、だんご等、ものすごく守備範囲の広いラインナップがすごいですｗ
肉の串を食べることが結構多いんですが、
今回は海鮮串焼きの屋台に寄ってみましたｗｗ
選択肢は、貝類、イカ類、いいだこ、ミックスの6種ですｗ
同じ屋台で、焼き鳥各種も販売されていますｗ
まようところではありますが、ツブ貝串（600円税込）を指名しましたｗ
ボイルしたようなツブ貝が5ケ串にささっており、
それを、赤外線の暖炉のような焼き台であぶりますｗ
しばらく炙って、さらっとした醤油系のタレをつけて出来上がりですｗ
屋台のすぐそばのテラス席でさっそくいただきま～Ｗ
焼きは強くないので、焦げ香ばしさはなく、弾力と噛み応えと密度がけっこうすごいですｗ
噛み応えと弾力は、ツブ貝の魅力の一つではありますｗ
タレの味はあまり強くなく、貝の味を楽しめますｗ
個人的には、タレがちょっと焦げていると尚好みかなと思いますｗ
一串600円でなかなかのお値段ですが、十分な食べ応えがあり、
満足ですｗ
次に海老名に来たときは何食べようかなｗ
また楽しみは続きますｗ
