お昼を過ぎて小腹が空いたので寄ってみた。
いただいたもの。
ポーク餅500円
うみたてプリン280円
うみたてプリンは正確にはうまいもの横丁の枠内ではないね。
スプーンを入れてみると、わりと弾力がある。柔らかめよりかは少し固め。このプリンは、きっと若い層を狙っているのだろうから、カラメル液が多いのもやむを得ないか。おじさんにはきつい仕打ちだ。
ポーク餅は、餅と称している部分に良さをあまり感じないね。ホットドッグやフランクフルトよりもパン生地を半分くらいにしているにも関わらず、同列くらいの値段を取る。ポーク餅全体を見ても、何かしら特別な味付けをしている風にも思えないし、ケチャップやからしも付かないのか。。。となると、ソーセージの素材の味に頼るしかない。
もちもち感はたしかにある。もう1つ長所をあげると、ぐるぐる巻きになった小麦粉は、食べている間もみっともなく剥がれてしまうことはない。こと食べやすさにおいては、その見た目以上の働きをしてくれていると思う。
ジャンク的な雰囲気は強めな場所なのに、店員さん達の積極的な声掛けがなかったせいか建物内の方が活気があるように見えた。
