海老名駅東口。遠くに市役所のある、以前より開けていた？側には2つのイオン系SMがある。元を辿ればニチイ（サティ）とダイエーなのだが。いずれにしても、両者とも建屋が相当傷んできている。
西口にはららぽーとがあり飛ぶ鳥を落とす勢いのロピアがあるが、如何せん距離がある。
当面は棲み分けができるのかもしれない。
そんなダイエーに久しぶりに行ってみた。数十年振りだろうか。
駅チカ側エントランスから入ると、目の前にパン屋さんがあった。
覗くと商品はすべてビニール袋に包装されている。
トレーはあるがトングはない。
購入したのは以下の通り。
北海道産小麦クルミレーズン360円（税別、以下同じ）、豚まんチーズパン180円、かねふく明太ポテトフランス140円、まる見え林檎180 180円。
まる見え林檎と同じ商品かは分からないが、イオンスタイル横浜西口ではアップルパイが大人気だそう。
持ち帰り、翌日の朝食に温め直していただく。
まず北海道産とあるから思うのか、クルミレーズンの生地はしっとりきめ細やかで美味しい。
他の惣菜パンも、生地のパサつきは気にならない。惣菜の内容は、こんなものだろう。
まる見え林檎は、パリっとした生地が印象的。
全体的に値段の割りに質の良さを感じた。
普段使いに良さそうだ。
