静岡県富士市を拠点に、計６店舗を構えるラーメン店。 麺の種類は細麺・平打ち麺・中太麺など豊富で、ラーメンは10種類以上。 なかでも人気の商品は、駿河湾産の桜えびから抽出した香味油を使った『えびしお』880円と 夜間限定の『大麺』850円。 |
ピリ辛スタミナ中華そば980円をオーダー。パートナーは富士山燻製醤油らぁめん990円。
台湾ラーメンに海苔と味玉を加えた感じ。スープは標準的な醤油ラーメンのスープで、ピリ辛ひき肉とニラが美味。麺は細ストレート。燻製醤油らぁめんは豚骨スープに焦がしネギがマッチしていますが、もう少し濃厚な方が好みです。
両方とも美味しいですが、ネーミングほどのオリジナリティは感じられませんでした。SAのフードコートに期待しすぎかもしれませんが、SA価格なだけに何かを期待してしまいます。
