サービスエリアの食事として考えると値段と味のバランスは悪くありません。
スープはえびの風味を感じる事ができます。濃厚、というほどではないですが、美味しいです。
麺は細麺で、ややかための食べ応えがあるものです。
ややスープの絡みが物足りないので、せっかくのえび風味がもったいないように感じます。
卵やネギなどで、味が単調にならない点が良いと思います。
