海老名に越してきてから嫁に連れられ初めて来た焼肉屋さんが味ん味ん。
それ以来すっかりハマってます。
安くても美味いんです！友達や家族と来るならホントにオススメのお店です。
肉は薄めなんですが、その薄さがちょうど良くて、いくらでも食べられちゃう感じ。
ブリスケが(肩カルビ）と言う部位があるんですが、そんなに脂も多くなくてどハマりです。
ブリスケを味噌ダレで食べるとホントに幸せな気分(*´з｀*)
そして豚ホルモン…いわゆるシロコロホルモン。シロコロホルモンと言う呼び名は登録商標らしく無断では使えないらしいです(^^;;
脂の乗ったホルモンを周りがカリカリになるまで焼いて食べるとこれまた美味しい〜
また来週来ます。
