This is a Chinese Cuisine located inside LaLaport Ebina. I was in the mood for Gyoza / Dumpling that day, so I decided to drop by. It was lunchtime, so the restaurant was crowded. I got my ticket from the ticket machine at reception, and was able to enter the restaurant in about 20-30 minutes. I ordered the sweet and sour pork set meal with black vinegar, boiled Gyoza / Dumpling, and fried Gyoza / Dumpling. The sweet and sour pork was well flavored and went well with rice. Both Gyoza / Dumpling were vegetable Gyoza / Dumpling without meat, which was a bit disappointing. These were also well flavored, and I felt that they could be eaten without adding soy sauce or vinegar. Overall, I felt that the taste was something that would appeal to everyone, if you put it in a good way, but not very distinctive, if you put it in a bad way.
