で、サウナ
サウナダイスキッ子なんでね
(今サウナにはまってるので。というか疲れすぎてて鎌倉行けなかった。四六時中鎌倉には行きたい。)
体を休めるためにも？サウナ、サウナ飯

こちらだとスンドゥブ一択です。
辛い、辛くてムセる。
咳き込みすぎて振りかえられるほどにね。

なんです
具は少ないんだけど(お豆腐以外は)スープの味がよいです。
これだと白米なしでもOK
これ食べて夕食を食べないことに成功した。
とおもったら
チョコモナカジャンボ食べてた
痩せている息子1に半分食べてもらい、ダイエットは成功した。
なんてね！！(涙)
