休日の15時ごろにららぽーと海老名のフードコートに到着した。石焼きビビンバを購入する為に並んでいたが店員がいなくなったりして3人しか並んで無いのに注文するのに10分ぐらい待たされた。料理は5分ぐらいで提供されたのだがスタッフの動き、対応の悪さを感じた。石焼きビビンバは普通な感じ、ご飯のお焦げ等はなかった。もう少し店員の対応を考えて欲しいと思いました。
