さむいさむい。
連れは「醤油」ラーメンをお食べになりたい様子。その何となくわかるリクエストでビナウォークのラーメンとなると、ここなのかなぁ！
醤油のウリは黒トリュフらしいのですが、トリュフ香がこわいおこちゃまなので生醤油ラーメンとチャーシューごはん。
少ししょっぱめではあるけど旨みがしっかり、醤油もしっかり。メニュー名と紛う事ないイメージ通りの淡麗なスープにイメージの違う太めの麺が良く合います。細いとスープ乗りすぎてしょっぱいかも。
レアレアなチャーシューはしっとり薫香？もしっかりこれは美味しい！メンマも柔らかく美味しく。
消極的なお店選びでしたが、大満足でした。
チャーシューごはんも同じコンセプトのサイコロ肉に焼肉のようなタレで美味しい！メニューくらいに、もう少しお肉あるとお値段以上！かなぁ
