Totty is an Italian Cuisine Restaurants located in an old folk house. I made a reservation this time and received the lunch course. It's called a share course, which consists of 3 large plates. ●Share course: 2,750 yen It comes with a drink, so I'm glad you can choose the alcohol as well. I chose a small bottle of Heartland (780 yen for a single item) and a homemade lemon soda (500 yen for a single item). ○Garden salad with seasonal vegetables Dressed with sake lees from Izumibashi Sake Brewery in Ebina. I was told that it contained Oyama chicken salad chicken, but it was small and sad. ○Half & Half PIZZA It was half & half of Margherita and Yamari whitebait. The dough is made from wheat and is fluffy and delicious, made by students at Chuo Agricultural High School in Ebina City. ○PASTA to choose from There were three types to choose from: crab tomato cream, Wagyu beef ragout with meat sauce, and Oyster and spinach oil base, so I chose the Wagyu beef ragu. The Wagyu Beef Ragout seems to use miso and sake lees from Izumibashi Sake Brewery, and it was a very original meat sauce with the scent of Japanese sake. ○Dessert We finished off with brown rice tea Gelato. It was my first time to have Genmaicha Gelato, and it was a strong Gelato with a strong aroma. It was delicious. It's also good for tourists because it uses local ingredients from Ebina. Please note that lunch is on a rotating basis, so you cannot make a reservation for your favorite time.
