とみ田の系列店、松戸の「雷本店」にルーツを持つ二郎系ラーメン
平日11時半過ぎ到着。2人待ち。
こちらは先ずライトと濃厚の2種類のスープから選ぶシステム。やはり二郎系とならはわ濃厚を選択。

(ヤサイ、ニンニク、アブラ、カラメ、ネギ有り)
7〜8分程で提供
全マシにしたのにトッピングの盛りは普通の印象
ヤサイはモヤシ9対キャベツ1
ニンニクやアブラも少量
コールで珍しい青ネギがトッピングできるのは面白い。
スープはまあまあの濃厚さで美味しい。
でもやっぱりアブラが少ないのでモヤシが味気ない
一方、野菜の下からは、豚さん塊チャーシューが現れ、分厚く柔らかさもあって美味しい。
麺は250gでゴワゴワ極太縮れ強めの平打ち麺。
加水率低めで、スープとの絡みも良いですね。
因みに麺量はミニ150g、並250g、大350g。
全体量は並で十分ですね。
