株式会社日と々とが運営する
表参道にある「パンとエスプレッソと」の系列店としてViNA GARDENに2022年10月にオープン。
その名の通り、パン屋と花屋が併設された新しいスタイルのカフェ。
一日一日味わうものだからこそ、一個一個のパン、一杯一杯のコーヒーにこだわるという会社のコンセプトのもと
看板メニューの「ムー」を使ったモーニング・ランチプレートや、自家製スイーツを楽しむことができます。
もちろんパンのテイクアウトも可能です。
朝開店時には菓子パンや惣菜パンの一部が並んでいる様子でしたが、11時ごろ伺った時は、ほぼ種類が揃っていました。
店内も女性客で大賑わいです。
⚫︎栗とクリームチーズ 380円
くるみ生地に栗餡とクリームチーズを包み焼き上げました。
→生地はしっとりしており、くるみがたっぷり食べるたびに出会えます。栗餡はなめらか、そこにクリームチーズが合わさることで甘すぎずぎっしり食べることができました。
店内には靴を脱いで座って食べることができる席もあり、女子会にも良さそう。
フードメニューやパン類はやや値段が高めです。
