6月8日、ラーメン不毛の地門沢橋に突如、家系ラーメン店がオープンしたのだが、
なっ、なんと、あの超超超超超超名店「杉田家」の出身なのであった（ちなみに杉田家の千葉の出身）。
修行先イズムを引き継ぐ醤油感たっぷりテイストながらも、修行先とは少し味を変えているという事で、
確かにあの杉田家のテイスト感とはまた一味異なる醤油感たっぷり家系スープである。
ラーメン不毛の地門沢橋にとんでもない新店が出現した、そんな一軒であった。
