前菜やサラダ、スープが美味しくない。
シェフは人の良さそうな感じでお話してくれますが
お店全体のクオリティは価格帯の高いお店では無いですね。
オマール海老もその場で調理してくますがソースはイマイチ。
スープは温い。
うかい亭でシェフをされてたみたいですが
その当時のままで止まってるかなぁ。
料理に新鮮さがありません。
それでもこのコースで1万円位だから高くはないかもしれないけど味はもう少し勉強して欲しく思います。
生意気ですみません。
再訪は厳しそう。
