15年ほど前から利用してるお店です。
基本スタイルは変わらず鉄板焼を目の前で楽しめるところがよいです。ただ、コースの安いものを頼んでしまうと他のお客様のオーダーしたもっとよい食材が焼かれるのをいいなぁ、と見るだけになるのが残念(笑)
今回は一番お手軽なコースにしてみました。キッシュからスタート、サラダを経て定番のお肉。食パンを丸くくりぬいた上に乗せられたサイコロステーキをしみじみ味わうところがクライマックスです。
正直なところ、今回のコース料金6000円弱あればもう少したんぱく質多めの食事ができるんじゃないかと。コスパはちょっとよくないかな？とは思いますが目の前でお肉やお魚がお料理として出来上がるのを目の前で楽しめるところに付加価値があるのだと思います。
