平日11時半頃の訪問で先客が三組。4人掛けのテーブル席に着き、定食を含めた膨大な選択肢より 肉そば750円(税込)を選択し、魔法使いのような雰囲気を醸し出す女将であろうお姉さんへ、大盛り(クーポン利用)でオーダー。
完成までは5分程度。
・肉そば大盛り
デカいです。
脂身の多い切落しと斜ネギがタップリと。
細くて力感のないそばは、短くて柔らかくて味気ない。素っ気ない。
肉がたくさん入ったつゆは、甘汁に肉をトッピングしただけなのか。一緒に煮たのにこの淡泊さ、旨味の浅さは悲しい。
ガツンと強い、路面立ち喰いそば店風の味付けだと思いきや、味のインパクトのない貧弱な肉そば。ずばり美味しくない。
肉は筋が多いうえに、しっかり咀嚼しても噛み切れないことに嫌気がさして、完食は断念しました。
この内容で税込み750円。停めやすい駐車場と豊富なメニュー、ざっくばらんとした雰囲気は素敵だけど、そば食堂と謳うなら、もう少し「そばの質」にもこだわって欲しい。
