Stores Atsugi City Soba Restaurant, established in 1976, received the "Mayor of Atsugi Award" for excellence in fiscal year 2009☆.
Soba, udon, soup, and dashi are all homemade. We are especially particular about the ratio of buckwheat flour and binder flour for soba, and we make noodles every morning using the golden ratio, which |
A soba restaurant located along National Route 601 (Sakai Kaneda Line). The yellow signboard is the landmark. It feels like a good old soba restaurant in town. Auntie serves customers. I like soba restaurants like this. The menu includes a wide variety of soba noodles, rice bowls, and set meals. Among them, I ordered the duck bamboo steamer, which is the most popular soba dish, and the meat steamer, which caught my attention. First of all, the amount of soba is large. It's probably 1.5 times more expensive than other stores. Be careful when ordering a large portion (lol). The soup has a sweet and salty taste and is dark. There's a lot of thickly sliced pork in there. You can add more meat for an additional ¥200. Soba noodles are well drained. Is the flavor not good enough? When a little bit of soba remains, add hot water to the soup. Add all the remaining soba noodles to the soup and eat like soba noodles. It's fun twice. Two male customers who came in later both ordered katsudon, but one had a medium size and the other a large size. I wanted to see the difference in quantity (lol). Katsudon also seems to be popular. There are 5 parking spaces in front of the store.
