【フィーコディンディア @厚木】
本厚木駅近くにあるシチリア料理のお店です。
イタリアンのお店はよくありますが、シチリア料理専門店というのは珍しいですね。
嫁と義母の3人で伺いましたが、思ったよりいろいろ注文しちゃいました。
そして、どれもほんと美味しいんです。
それにしても、お酒が飲めなかったのがつくづく残念でした。
◆トラパニ名物 パネッレ
トラパニというのはシチリアの西部に位置する都市で、パネッレはそこの名物とのこと。
ひよこ豆のペーストを揚げたものなのですが、最初はカリッと、その後にふわっとした食感で、ほどよい塩味が良いつまみになります。
◆本日の鮮魚のカルパッチョ
外さない美味しさですね。
◆土佐小夏と燻製サバのサラダ
土佐小夏は表面の皮だけ薄く剥いてるのでそのままサバと一緒に食べられました。
柑橘系の爽やかさとサバの燻香が意外に合うんですね。
◆前菜1番人気！いわしのフライ フィーコディンディア風
厚めの衣自体に味付けがされていますが、なんとも不思議な感じでした。
ちょっと甘い風味があって、よくある魚のフライを期待すると舌が混乱するかも。
◆イカ墨のスパゲッティ 生ウニと自家製リコッタチーズのせ
使ってる食材を見ると間違いないメニューですよね。
ただ、こちらもほのかに甘みを感じる味付けがされてるようでした。
◆濃厚！えび”200％"リゾット
個人的にパネッレとこのリゾットはマストで食べたかったメニューです。
テーブルに供される前に海老の良い香りが漂ってきました。
もうこれだけでお腹いっぱいにしたかったなぁ。
◆スカンピ海老のグリル
海老が続きましたが、これも負けてません。
久しぶりにスカンピ食べましたがやっぱり美味しいです。
◆エメンタールチーズを包んだ牛ロールグリル
エメンタールチーズも影響しているのか、こちらの牛肉も甘く味付けされているように感じられます。
悪くないです、というか美味しいです。
◆グラニータ＆ブディーノ ／ カンノーリ＆セミフレッド
ドルチェはハーフ＆ハーフで2種類から選べるとのこと。
自分はカンノーリとセミフレッドをチョイス。
カンノーリって好きなので、あれば大体頼んじゃいます。
シチリア料理の特徴なのか、全体的な印象として甘さを感じる料理ですが、嫌味にはなってなくてどれも美味しいです。
しかも、料理が美味しいだけじゃなく、スタッフの振る舞いや説明もとても好感が持てて、人気店なのが分かります。
再訪して他にも色々食べてみたいですね、今度はお酒もアリで。
ちなみに姉妹店の『Dari』が『せっかくグルメ』で紹介されて、そちらの方がさらに予約できなくなってるということでした。
ほとぼり冷めたころに、そちらにも行ってみたいです。
