シチリア料理、イタリアンとはまた全然違うので、毎回発見があって面白い。。

白子のソテー
黒トリュフと目玉焼きと・チーズいっぱいのスパゲッティ
シチリアレモンとアーモンドのリゾット
豚肉のカツレツ
チーズケーキ、栗のティラミス
まずはノンアルコールスパークリングワインで乾杯！はじめていただきましたが、美味しかったです！！甘すぎず、量もちょうどよい。
白子のソテーがおいしすぎた。赤玉ねぎの酸味と白子と甘さの相性抜群。これはリピ決定。
スパゲッティはチーズが濃厚。。
その一方カツレツのサラダのドレッシングがさっぱりでおいしい。
シチリアレモンとアーモンドのリゾットも、はじめての感覚の味、、！アーモンドとリゾットってこんなに合うんだ！という。
メニューに書いてあったのですが、シチリアは穀物も有名なようで、こういった穀物の入った料理が発達したそう。。おもしろい〜
栗のティラミスは期間限定。栗が入ってるのかと思いきや、栗がクリームに練り込まれてるタイプ！おいしかったー！！！
お腹いっぱい。フィーコのよさは、食べたことのない美味しいご飯がいただけることだなぁ。。と思います。
